Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days for most Canadian destinations. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. MAZAG is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — please refer to the current promotion displayed on our website for threshold details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. MAZAG is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@mazag.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
