At MAZAG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Final Sale Items (No Returns or Refunds)
Products in the Ecocentric Farms collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This collection contains food and consumable products which cannot be resold once shipped for health and safety reasons.
All other products are eligible for return under the conditions below.
Returns — All Other Products
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Free Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns — no restocking fees, no hidden charges. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@mazag.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with your prepaid return label and instructions.
Please do not ship items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@mazag.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
